Service Agreement

1. Service Provision
   • Mr. Skip Hire provides waste disposal services, including skip bin hire for residential, commercial, and industrial waste. The services include delivery, placement, collection, and disposal of waste bins.
2. User Responsibilities
   • Users are responsible for ensuring that only permitted waste materials are disposed of in the bins. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, chemicals, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, and any other materials specified by Mr. Skip Hire].
3. Weight Limits
   • Each bin has a specified weight limit. If the bin exceeds this limit, additional charges will apply. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the bin is not overloaded. Overloaded bins may be refused for collection until the weight is reduced.
4. Licenses and Permits
   • Users must ensure that any necessary licenses or permits required for waste disposal are obtained. This includes any local or governmental permissions required for placing bins on public property or for disposing of certain types of waste. Additional charges may apply if special licenses or permits are required.
5. Additional Charges
   • Additional charges may apply in the following situations:
     • The bin contains prohibited items.
     • The bin exceeds the specified weight limit.
     • Special licenses or permits are required for the disposal of certain materials.
     • Collection or delivery is impeded due to improper placement or access issues.
6. Service Modifications
   • Mr. Skip Hire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. This includes changes to pricing, service offerings, and terms of service.
7. Liability
   • Mr. Skip Hire is not liable for any damage or loss incurred due to the user’s failure to comply with these terms. This includes any damage to property, personal injury, or environmental harm caused by improper use of the bins.
8. Termination of Service
   • Mr. Skip Hire reserves the right to terminate service for any user who violates these terms and conditions. This includes improper disposal of waste, failure to pay for services, and any other breaches of this agreement.
9. Cancellation Policy
   • You may cancel or change your order no later than 3 business days before your bin is delivered. If you cancel after this period, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount will be charged. Cancelling on the delivery day will result in a 20% charge of the total amount. When you cancel, you will be refunded the original amount minus the cancellation fee.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [State/Country].
